Audi is competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026, with a strong presence in two locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Our team is working tirelessly to develop a cutting-edge Power Unit in Neuburg, while simultaneously perfecting the chassis and race operations in Hinwil. This unique combination of expertise will propel us to new heights in the world of motorsports.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based in Hinwil (Switzerland), at the heart of our Sauber factory.
Your Mission:
* Trim composite materials according to precise specifications and work instructions.
* Utilise a range of hand tools, power tools, and equipment to achieve exceptional cuts and finishes.
* Inspect trimmed parts to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimise production processes and boost efficiencies.
* Maintain a spotless and organised work area, adhering to rigorous safety protocols and guidelines.
* Contribute productively to the manufacturing of fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles.
* Execute tasks according to detailed design plans and quality specifications.
* Assemble components as part of a skilled team, bonding parts and preparing them for use on the racing track.
Your Profile:
* Basic technical education completed.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in composite trimming or a related field, preferably in a high-performance F1 Team.
* Proficiency in using common tools and equipment used in composite trimming operations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, with a keen sense of spatial awareness.
* Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
* Flexibility regarding working hours, including 2-shift operation and standby duty.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, coupled with resilience, proactivity, and leadership capabilities.
* Good professional proficiency in German or English, with a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language.
