Their Electrical Energy Directorate operates hydraulic and thermal power plants, develops renewable energy facilities, and ensures reliable electricity supply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects to rehabilitate hydropower plants, focusing on areas like bedload management, hydropeaking control, and fish migration.
2. Oversee the planning and management of projects for the maintenance and renovation of building infrastructure and measuring equipment.
3. Plan and manage the monitoring process of dams, ensuring compliance with federal energy regulations.
4. Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects for the renewal and expansion of hydropower plants.
Required Qualifications:
1. Civil engineering degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in a planning office or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of hydropower plants and hydrology; knowledge of geomatics and environmental sciences is a plus.
4. Proven experience in managing construction projects.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in French language; German is a plus.
