Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and discretion.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and schedule meetings for senior bankers.
Oversee the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and professional at all times.
Handle sensitive client inquiries and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
Coordinate visitor security protocols and manage mail and courier distribution.
Support client hospitality, including organizing refreshments and transportation.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including office supplies management and document organization.
About the Customer:
On behalf of our client, a Swiss Private Bank, we are seeking a Senior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
3-5 + years of experience as a receptionist, ideally in a private bank or financial services environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
Fluent in German and English is required; French is a plus.
