Main Responsibilities
As Manager Curriculum Design, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge competency-based curricula, working closely with expert faculty in education taskforces and commissions and educational professionals in the Education Design team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape how medical professionals learn and develop their expertise.

1. Strategic development of innovative competency-based curricula that challenge traditional boundaries in medical education
2. Guiding of education taskforces, building consensus and driving educational excellence with medical experts

4. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between curriculum vision and instructional implementation

Main Requirments
6. University degree in education, medical education, or related field with demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
7. 7+ years of experience in adult medical education and curriculum development, including 3+ years of team management
8. Proven ability to lead and influence education taskforces and expert groups and teams of education professional colleagues
9. Strong theoretical foundation in educational frameworks combined with practical implementation expertise
10. Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, particularly with clinical experts and volunteer faculty
11. Data-driven approach to educational design and impact measurement
12. Vision for pushing educational boundaries while ensuring practical implementation
