Your mission
* Support the development and implementation of a licensing strategy aligned with the Audi F1 Projects brand and commercial objectives
* Manage and oversee the end to end licensing process for branded products ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings aligned with the brands vision
* Support in negotiating and executing licensing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the brand and licensees
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential licensees and partners to drive brand growth
* Monitor and analyze the performance of licensed products, providing data driven insights to optimize sales strategy
* Manage and oversee merchandising back office activities, including processing internal orders and coordinating with Logistics to ensure timely product delivery
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Your profile
* Bachelors degree in management, marketing, or a related field
* 2 3 years of proven track record in licensing management, preferably within the sports industry or for a sports brand/club
* Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with experience managing key partners and stakeholders
* Deep understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, and contract law
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels of an organization
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
* Passion for sports, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends within the sports merchandise market
* Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
