As a Key Account Manager, you will drive proactive acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers, while also identifying and securing new clients and projects within your assigned segment. You will play a crucial role in positioning the Sunrise B2B portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Tasks: Proactive acquisition / up-/cross-selling to existing customers
Recording of customer needs and requirements (qualification of leads) and deployment of a bid team
Conducting negotiations with potential customers up to the conclusion of the contract (negotiator)
Responsible for the accuracy and quality of account plans and forecasts
Coordination of all customer contacts and quality and ownership of customer data (CRM tool)
Financial overview/control in cooperation with controlling
Target/budget responsibility for customers/prospects
Requirements: Technical and business education/advanced training
Sales professional (Hunter & Farmer) for complex solutions
5+ years of experience in the ICT sector (carrier & integration)
Proof of experience: New Business, Key Account Management
Customer segment: Business Customer
Italian, English (German is a plus)
