DescriptionEMEA Marketing Operations & Strategy Senior ManagerWe are recruiting an EMEA Marketing Operations & Strategy Senior Manager. This role reports to the EMEA Chief of Staff and is located in Zug, Switzerland.In this role, you will be in charge of managing Marketing Operations for the region, focused on supporting our clusters & markets to execute plans brilliantly, as well as working in partnership with many functions on strategic projects, thus playing a crucial role in supporting EMEA’s growth agenda over the next three years.Very importantly, this role is what you make of it & it about how you shape it. Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will Do Key responsibilities include:Leading EMEA Marketing OperationsRunning operations that underpin content development, for example:Partnering with our Global team to drive the deployment of the new Content Factory, representing EMEA through one voice during the launch & optimization phases.Developing high quality CGI assets for the region that set industry standards, pivotal to product launches and to accelerate our e-com business.Uncovering insights through VidMob & orchestrating these across local teams during their transcreation process through the Content Factory.Step-changing artwork quality: Partnering with regional artwork team on improving the quality of our artworks, identifying solves for translation in EMEA, including leveraging AI.Managing EMEA budget: Over-seeing the EMEA budget meticulously.Managing & developing 3 direct reports on Marketing Operations, across 3 different countries.Supporting Chief of Staff on strategic projectsPerformance Management: Building OKRs & tracking performance against these, including remediation plans in collaboration with markets.Business Planning: Evolving EMEA 3YOP process to align with new op model, building EMEA narrative and supporting for board meetings.Strategic Ad Hoc: Lead/support key strategic projects to support EMEA’s growth agenda.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For · A seasoned marketer with 10+ years of experience, deeply familiar with marketing dynamics.· A master of analytics, comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and Excel.· A global thinker with strong influencing skills, capable of navigating matrix organisation dynamics with a 'velvet glove.'· A local market expert with a deep understanding of local dynamics & processes, and empathy for local teams.· A daring spirit and a change agent who challenges the status quo, drives innovation & doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer.· An owner’s mindset focused on problem-solving, who doesn’t hesitate to roll their sleeves up to get things done.· A highly adaptable & self-starter individual, ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving environment.What’s In It For You· Competitive Benefit Package· Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!· Learning & Development Opportunities· Employee Resource Groups Job Field: Marketing
