Head of Sales for Small Enterprises

The role involves leading a dynamic team of 8 Account Managers in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal departments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of 8 Account Managers
2. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director
3. Ensure high standards of service quality and sustainable performance through data-driven measures
4. Oversee planning, allocation, and management of customer portfolios
5. Ensure data integrity in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Your Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in short transactional cycle models via phone or video conferencing
2. Successful experience in managing operational sales teams (Inbound & Outbound)
3. Strong knowledge of B2B services, preferably in digital, media, or HR
4. Familiarity with the SME market in the German-speaking region of Switzerland is an asset
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
6. Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
