The Role As a Vertical Marketing Manager for Healthcare you will be creatingmarketing strategies and content targeting Buildings customers inthe Healthcare industry globally, reporting into the Head of Marketing for Verticals & Sustainability at Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings.
Your new responsibilities - Own &develop the marketing plan for the vertical incl.
metrics andbudget planning, collaborating closely with the Vertical Head, our Technical Units, Countries, Communications and your peers in Offer Marketing - Ensure planning is in line with overarching Go to Market strategy - Articulate value proposition and strategicnarrative and position our portfolio for Buildings in the Healthcare industry (e.g.
for hospitals) - Lead & design thestrategic narrative providing guidance to demand generating and Sales teams - Ideate & craft battle cards and use cases on reallife customer challenges - Create compelling, customer-centriccontent that can be used in an omnichannel and multipurposeapproach for digital assets, Sales collateral, whitepapers, eventstorylines etc - Leverage market, customer and competitive insightsas a basis for all of the above and where needed ideate, conductand conclude on research in partnership with the business to createactionable insights - Author and orchestrate a marketing strategythat your peers and countries will be able to translate intocampaigns & tactics - Ensure Siemens Xcelerator is positionedrespectively and be part of identifying opportunities for growthand channelling feedback via established workstreams - Apply bestpractices and benchmarking towards our Marketing activities Yourtalents and experience What you need to make real what matters: -Degree in Marketing, Computer science, business administration, ora comparable discipline - Experience in the Buildings industry andrelated products, portfolio and services knowledge a must have - 7years plus of professional experience in B2 B Tech Marketing andproven track record in delivering complex B2 B marketing projects ona global scale - Ability to translate thought leadership into realcustomer use cases by understanding both our portfolio, theindustry and our customer needs - Understanding of concepts,practices and procedures in the Healthcare business - Experience incontent creation, customer and marketing research and analysis aswell as vendor/agency management and have good knowledge of astate-of-the-art Marketing and Sales concepts, practices, metrics,and procedures - Knowledgeable in digital demand generation to workhand in hand with partnering teams generating demand - Ability totranslate thought leadership into real customer use cases byunderstanding both our portfolio, the industry and our customerneeds - Strong communication skills and be fluent in English and beable to explain complex topic in an engageable way.
Fluent Germanis a plus.
