About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our IT operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, tools, and integrations with other platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and support them in utilizing ServiceNow for business services and automation.
* Lead and manage projects related to creating business use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
* Independently design process, solution, data, and application architectures.
* Provide user support by making configuration adjustments, resolving issues, and documenting solutions.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer and a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Requirements:
* Degree or certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
* Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Development and scripting skills.
* Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ServiceNow solutions.
