What you’ll do:
* Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for Software / Hardware Issues for QC and 3rd Level support together with suppliers
* Provide Validation of Drivers, CustomFields (Empower) and Software Updates
* Update all relevant SOP’s for the supported Softwares
* Conduct On-Boarding and regular training sessions for Quality Control (QC) members, especially with Empower
* Support Quality Control / Quality Assurance department with EICR’s, CR’s, CAPA’s related to the support Softwares and provide assistance during Inspections / Audits
* Support QC for the daily work requests (e.g. troubleshooting, optimizing methods)
* Set up new LACE’s (Empower) and Clients for other Softwares
What we’re looking for:
* A professional apprenticeship (e.g. laboratory technician or in computer science) or University Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science
* Several years of work experience in a laboratory is a must
* A keen interest in working with computerized systems is essential
* User and/or technical knowledge of various laboratory software systems, including MODA, Empower, TDS Tiamo, SMP, PLA, and WinKQCL, is a plus
* Experience in the GxP environment and in quality control is an advantage
* Proficiency in English is a must; very good skills in German are also required
