Medacta International is searching for an Asset Controller.
The resource will be responsible for managing and optimizing assets (implants and instruments) in the various branches. He will need to interface with various departments (marketing for managing swaps and products phase-in/phase-out, Customer Service for order approvals and delivery dates, logistics managers at the branches for optimizing safety stock and instruments). The resource will also need to focus on continuous improvement and the standardization of operations processes (Supply Chain) across the countries.
Responsibilities
* Monthly order process monitoring from branches to HeadQuarter: he performs analysis on asset and inventory performance through the Instrument Usage Rate (IUR) and Days of inventory on hand (DOH) and he interacts with Branches’ Logistic and Sales and Area Director to ensure the orders are justified and needed;
* Consolidate physical inventory results at branch offices;
* Customer order fulfillment rate analysis (OTIF);
* Consignment excess analysis and actions to recover inefficiencies on the field;
* Safety Stock evaluation and optimization;
* Coordination with Marketing for swap products management and phase-in / phase-out in the markets.
Required Skills
Hard Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in management engineering/ Logistics/Supply Chain;
* Fluent in English;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
* Experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing company (Nice to have).
