How you make a difference You manage and optimize the value stream with different tools, such as the programme Kanban and Scrum.
You also create and communicate the annual calendar for iterations and programme increments (PI).
You facilitate PI planning readiness, summarize PI goals as programme PI goals, and help foster visibility and transparency.
Additionally, you help to track the implementation of features and capabilities, and assist with regular synchronization.
You enjoy bringing out risks and dependencies in cooperation with management, escalating when obstacles arise and keeping track.
You foster collaboration between the teams and work with product and solution management, as well as with product owners.
What you have to offer You have a higher education qualification in business administration or information technology, in addition to advanced training in agile working. Experience managing DevOps teams is a plus.
As well as applying your sound technical understanding, you can tap into your experience at the interface between business and IT in this position.

You have a keen interest in Swiss Post's business and a firm grasp of it.
Your adaptable communication skills allow you to share information between the DevOps teams and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
You communicate very well in spoken and written German, have a good level in English and a basic level in a second national language.
