Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in intralogistics and factory automation. You will play a key role in establishing our presence in the market, identifying and supporting new clients, and sharing your expertise to inform future technical developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Presentation and Client Engagement
o Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
o Nurture client relationships, including pricing and negotiation.
o Visit integrators, partners, and end-users to secure new orders.
* Product Showcase and Promotion
o Represent the company at industry events, showcasing products and engaging with prospects and clients.
* Collaboration and Support
o Work with the technical team to provide comprehensive client support.
o Collaborate with the communication team to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
o Share market insights with the business unit to drive product improvement and innovation.
Requirements
* University degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in Automation, Intralogistics, and/or Robotics.
* A well-established network in the Intralogistics sector is highly valued.
* A continuous improvement mindset.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to take on complex challenges.
* Willingsness to travel for work-related purposes.
