Your Skill Set Proven experience (+7 years) as a Recruitment Leader or similar role in Switzerland, preferably in the professional services industry, successfully leading and managing a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, Swiss employment and immigration laws and regulations and ATS tools (Workday). Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve recruitment goals. Skilled in managing high-volume recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment, utilizing recruitment software (Workday) and other relevant tools. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics to and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members Very good oral and written skills in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
