Job Description
* Act as a leading coordinator, organizer, and facilitator to help the Brand Creation teams deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines and set conditions.
* Receive, select, and process requests for the Brand Creation team.
* Co-manage the overall planning and contribute to the proper allocation of resources, negotiating deadlines when needed.
* Ensure the quality and completeness of briefings and provide the necessary information for creative and technical work.
* Take charge of major project management, maintaining communication with requesters and stakeholders (brand managers, product managers, tech teams, etc.).
* Propose process and organizational improvements.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role, corporate or agency side.
* Doer at the core, pragmatic thinker with an open, diplomatic approach.
* Ability to facilitate the work of others and support both creative and technical teams.
* Strong adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
* Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
* Previous experience in marketing, fintech, or retail finance is a plus.
* High-energy and team-oriented with a strong focus on results.
* Able to take on a significant workload when needed while bringing fresh ideas and solutions.
* Fluent in both French and English.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level education.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, Drupal and smartling or even MS Dynamics is a plus.
