Our subsidiary Ferrum Packaging Western Africa SA, based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, is looking for a candidate for a position that is divided into two parts: After-Sales Support (approximately 70% of the workload) and Office Management (approximately 30% of the workload). The After-Sales Support function is responsible for supporting local account management in all aspects related to After-Sales.
How you can make a difference
Spare parts administration and complete process responsibility from quotation preparation until spare parts have arrived at the customer's premises
Responsibility for the timely provision of spare parts at the agreed cost and for solving customer problems (in consultation with Account Management and technical experts)
Preparation of service offers, order confirmations, and invoicing of customers
Field service scheduling and management of Service Technicians in the field
Organization of briefings and debriefings between Account Management and Service Technicians before and after service assignments
Support accounting and budgeting in collaboration with internal and external partners
Organize travel arrangements and process visa applications
Oversee office operations, maintain office equipment, and manage office supplies
What you bring to the table
Commercial / technical training with good basic technical understanding
Previous experience in resource planning / scheduling / office administration is desirable
Accurate and able to work independently
Proficient in English and French; additional languages are an advantage
