Collaborate and manage external tax advisors as required and appropriate. Furthermore, you are in charge for certain entities for all tax-related activities to ensure that all tax matters are handled promptly and accurately in compliance with laws and regulations, respectively support the respective accounting teams in the same.These are your key tasks:Tax Strategy / StructuringAdvise the CFO and top management to optimize FIFA's tax liabilities by: providing innovative tax planningadvising of the impact of new tax laws and proposed legislation,identifying and mitigating tax risksmethodically reviewing and updating FIFA's overall tax strategy and respective structures (worldwide), including transfer pricing planning, international withholding tax and double taxation issuesAdvise internal stakeholders with regards to tax matters on revenue and cost contractsProvide tax advice (strategic direction, technical guidance, and leadership) during the selection process of the host countries for FIFA World Cup competitionsTax Provisioning and ComplianceManage tax provision and tax compliance processAct as the official tax representative of FIFA and its Swiss subsidiaries and other FIFA close organisationsSupport the accounting teams in the preparation of the annual tax return of FIFA and review of the annual tax return of the Swiss and foreign subsidiaries of FIFAAssistance in obtaining specific tax concession and tax rulings in Switzerland and for FIFA subsidiaries abroad Act as expert for OECD Minimum taxation mattersOversee preparation of worldwide transfer pricing documentation, including master file, local files, and country by country reportingAdvise FIFA Finance and other functional areas to ensure compliance at all times with all applicable tax laws and regulationsManage and coordinate tax audits in collaboration with the respective accounting teamsCentre of Tax ExcellenceManage the relationship with external Swiss and foreign tax advisorsMaintain positive relations with Swiss and foreign authoritiesBuild relationships and interact with all relevant stakeholders to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise in tax mattersYOUR PROFILEWe work hard at FIFA.We are dedicated, ambitious and innovative.And we respect our values.
