Your responsibilities
* Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities.
* Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties within EU and outside EU.
* Compensation trade.
* Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements.
* Preparation of correction notes.
* Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements.
* Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies.
* Archiving documentation.
* Reconciliation of RMA returns.
* Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables.
* Running month-end closing reports.
Our requirements
* Experience in accounting.
* Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or similar field.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Experience with SAP system would be an asset.
* Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Good organization skills and a willingness to learn.
* Proactiveness and improvements driver.
* Teamwork spirit.
