Description
Trifecta is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Solution Sales Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering Salesforce technology solutions, collaborating with sales and delivery teams, and guiding prospects and customers to achieve their business objectives through technical expertise and strategic Salesforce solutions.
Desired Skills And Experience
We are looking for an overachieving Solution Sales Engineer with experience implementing or selling Salesforce technology solutions. The Solution SE will collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to work with new prospects and our existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. You will build excellent client relationships and increase sales results. You will use your technical knowledge to partner with our sales experts to help our prospects and existing customers realize their business goals with Salesforce solutions you are proud to deliver.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Help coordinate and perform technical sales activities related to prospective customers and partners, including performing demos, holding scoping sessions, and creation of high-level solution diagrams.
2. Act as liaison between sales and delivery teams to understand client budgets and needs and to educate sales team on level of effort required.
3. Discuss trade-offs of different solution options with customers.
4. Effectively transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
5. Learn relevant product capabilities, architecture best practices, and third-party solution features.
6. Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
7. Clearly articulate business architecture (mission/vision, capability models, capability assessments) and technical architecture (current and future state diagrams, solution best practices, reference architectures) recommendations to clients.
8. Successfully match customer issues and requirements to proposed solutions and desired business outcomes.
9. Set up and operate sandbox environments and data for customer demonstrations and evaluations.
10. Understand how to effectively sell the value of Trifecta’s expertise and methodology to prospects.
11. Deliver presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
12. Research and understand Salesforce competitor product landscape and be able to articulate the value of Salesforce solutions against competitor offerings.
13. Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to CIO / CTO / EA level client contacts and their teams.
14. Attain and maintain certifications that strategically align with both company and career growth plans.
15. Participate in all appropriate industry, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
16. Contribute articles, webinar content, and other relevant solution architecture content to help socialize Trifecta's technical expertise.
Minimum Requirements
1. 5-6 years of experience working with Salesforce cloud solutions in a customer-facing and solutioning capacity, ideally in the B2B space.
2. Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce products.
3. Fundamental knowledge of software architecture and software development process.
4. Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
5. Excellent client-facing communication skills.
6. A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
7. Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred
1. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
2. Experience in the manufacturing industry.
