Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing visibility and awareness of our products among healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve desired results in assigned territories or target customers.
* Prioritize and manage accounts within the west- and german-speaking regions of Switzerland, identifying business opportunities through key decision-maker contacts and local stakeholders.
* Align with marketing's tactical plans to drive brand value messages and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, disease knowledge, and product information to provide expert advice to healthcare professionals.
* Submit accurate and timely reports on sales calls, activities, and territory expenses.
* Maintain high awareness of competitor activities and share best practices during team meetings.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably with a focus on vaccines.
* Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German, French, and English.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software, with digital engagement experience desirable.
