We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our development and customer programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Design and Production
• Design and produce 2D and 3D CAD models of components and sub-systems of radio frequency systems according to internal design office specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare manufacturing files for parts and determine construction strategies for complex parts.
• Create technical documentation, including user guides, assembly procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop mechanical assemblies.
Nomenclature and Documentation
• Define associated nomenclatures and assembly plans.
• Introduce, check, and modify nomenclatures in the ERP system.
• Create and codify articles and parts lists.
Collaboration and Quality Assurance
• Contribute to technical exchanges with subcontractors during design phases.
• Conduct dimensional readings of parts and sub-assemblies.
• Participate in mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies.
• Interact with project managers, mechanical, electrical, and 3D engineer collaborators.
• Occasionally, participate in overall tasks and services inherent to a dynamic fast-growing company.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experienced in mechanical design roles on complex assemblies, preferably 2 years or more.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation of high quality.
• Organized, methodical, precise, meticulous, and autonomous individual.
• Effective communication skills, good people skills, and ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Language: Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
