ResponsibilitiesManage and administer Inspections and Testing operations for clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of exceptional service. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine inspection planning.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all Simple survey related operational queries and concerns.Prepare and/or issue reports for both internal and client review.Undertake billing of customers when required.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures, suggesting improvements where necessary.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
