We are looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at FoodYoung. In this hands-on role, you will support our head chef in preparing and creating both vegan and non-vegan meals and kits. You’ll also help bring innovative formulations from our lab into the kitchen, ensuring that recipes are executed with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the head chef in preparing, cooking and freezing a variety of meals, both vegan and non-vegan.
• Execute new formulations developed by the lab, ensuring high-quality and innovative results.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and creativity in the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a culinary setting, with a passion for both vegan and non-vegan cuisine.
• Hands-on approach to cooking, eager to support the head chef and bring new recipes to life.
• Open-minded, creative, and ready to explore new culinary innovations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
• Good level in spoken English.
