Your ResponsibilitiesYou lead design activities for a dedicated engine platformYou facilitate interactions between the design project team and the organization to ensure the design meets system and customer specifications, as well as safety, compliance, and cost requirementsYou ensure that the simulation activities are aligned with the project's schedule and scopeYou ensure effective working methods by adhering to guidelines and modern design practices, while also guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their goalsYou regularly report to management on the design progress and compliance with deadlinesYou are responsible for the technical content of the Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout the entire development phaseYou manage and coordinate all activities related to the design process, including DFMEA, design reviews, and moreYour profileYou have successfully completed studies at a university or technical college in mechanical engineering or automotive manufacturingYou have extensive technical knowledge of design of combustion engines (Dieseland/or Hydrogen)You have a robust understanding of simulation results (fluid, mechanical, thermomechanical, multibody, etc.)You possess extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes within the engine perimeterYou have a good knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and PLM systems and Microsoft Office suiteYou demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues, manage conflicts, and drive projects to successful completionYou exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholdersYou are fluent in English (C1) and have good proficiency in French or German (B2)Our offerCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
