Rotables and Repairs Procurement Coordinator
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain and Procurement team at a leading aircraft manufacturer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing and coordinating component repairs between customer service and external suppliers/internal repair facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Interface and coordination of component repairs between Pilatus customer service and external suppliers/internal repair
* Check repairs quotations carefully and communicate any price adjustments to the Exchange Pool Manager
* Create repair orders and booking goods in SAP
* Supplier management, including KPI creation and discussion, TAT monitoring, delivery deadlines, performance monitoring
* Continuous monitoring of the exchange pool and close coordination with exchange pool managers and material planning
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A completed apprenticeship, combined with relevant experience in dealing with suppliers (at least 2 years)
* Experience handling aviation spare parts
* Excellent written and spoken English and German (minimum C1 level)
* Proficiency in SAP and Office applications
