Project Coordination & Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordination & Customer Success Manager to join our team at the company headquarters on a permanent basis. This role will be instrumental in expanding our activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, control, and monitor customer projects in collaboration with internal and external project managers, ensuring efficient resource management and timely deadline monitoring.
2. Identify and eliminate obstacles, as well as manage risks, to meet project goals.
3. Communicate with all relevant project stakeholders to coordinate requirements and progress.
4. Document and report project status.
Customer Success Management Tasks:
1. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive support and advice.
2. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently.
3. Analyze customer needs and derive suitable measures to optimize the customer experience.
4. Support product and service implementation.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to promote business success.
6. Collaborate with sales and support teams to continuously improve customer service.
Requirements:
1. Degree in business administration, project management, communication, or a comparable field.
2. Professional experience in project management and customer success is advantageous.
3. Proficient in standard project management tools and CRM systems.
4. Able to work independently, highly motivated, and committed.
5. Excellent team and communication skills.
6. Aviation experience is an advantage.
7. Highly articulate with excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German language proficiency is also required).
