Customer Service/ Logistics Planner
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/Logistics Planner to join our team at Gi Group SA in Boudry. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing order processing and invoicing, liaising with various departments, and coordinating transportation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage order processing and invoicing
* Liaise with Purchasing, Finance, and Tax departments to perform customer planning activities
* Process supplier invoices and issue export documents
* Coordinate returns to procurement sites and arrange transportation between manufacturing sites
* Report transportation incidents on shipments
* Maintain client, contract, and reference data
* Liaise with global/regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches, and change control
* Liaise with QC and perform transactions related to SAP systems in a compliant manner
Requirements:
* Diploma in Supply Chain
* Proficient in IT systems, including SAP
* At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry in a multinational environment
* Proven customer service experience with accurate and timely order processing and invoicing
* Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
* Experience in logistics at a multinational company working in an export department
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BMS organization and external business customers and suppliers
* Knowledge of distribution in the supply chain
* Fluent English and Italian
