Job Responsibilities
* Active acquisition of international patients by processing incoming requests, pre-qualification of potential leads, preparation of quotations, and CRM management.
* Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase patient volume.
* Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and partnerships.
* Working closely with internal medical teams to plan patient admissions.
* Analysing new markets and competition to identify new business opportunities.
* Continuous updating and monitoring of the offering process in CRM.
* Support in the development of sales documents.
Requirements
* Basic business training (KV EFZ), Sales Manager (Eid. Dipl.) or comparable qualification; professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
* Sound experience in sales and customer management in an international context.
* Very good knowledge of a CRM system and MS Office programmes.
* Highly structured and organised way of working.
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and any other language is a plus.
* Strong communication and teamworking skills in an international environment.
* Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a high level of commitment.
