How you'll make an impact - Lead the development andexecution of the enterprise architecture strategy while ensuringalignment with business goals and long-term IT initiatives. Youwill guide the business in enterprise architecture decisions andidentify synergies across different business types. - Act as thelead architect for strategic and transformation initiatives bypartnering with business leaders, IT teams, and externalstakeholders. You will translate business requirements intoscalable and effective solutions that drive digital transformation.- Optimize the IT portfolio by streamlining the applicationlandscape to reduce complexity, eliminate redundancies, and enhanceboth performance and scalability. - Oversee the integration ofenterprise systems to ensure data consistency, security, and asmooth flow of information across end-to-end business processes. -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teamswhile establishing governance frameworks that ensure compliancewith industry standards, security policies, and regulatoryrequirements. - Stay ahead of industry trends and emergingtechnologies by evaluating and recommending new tools and solutionsthat enhance software business capabilities. - Guide and supportthe architecture community and technical teams, fostering a cultureof collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. - Define andtrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success ofenterprise architecture initiatives. You will regularly reportoutcomes, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership. Yourdefining qualities - Education - University Master degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relatedfield. - Experience & Skills - 8+ years of experience inenterprise architecture and IT portfolio management, ideally withinlarge-scale transformation programs and global organizations. -Strong understanding of the software business (preferably withinthe industrial sector) and its technological needs, with a focus ondelivering value to internal and external customers. - Extensiveexperience with the Salesforce platform; familiarity with otherenterprise solutions such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, and Snowflake isa plus. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g.,TOGAF) and portfolio lifecycle management best practices. -Experience with Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in LeanIX forEnterprise Architecture Management. - Proven ability to optimizeapplication portfolios and manage IT assets to improve efficiency,reduce costs, and enhance business value. - Expertise in cloudplatforms, microservices, data management, and emergingtechnologies such as AI and IoT. - Ways of working - Ability to seethe big picture while also focusing on the technical detailsnecessary for successful implementation. - Excellent communicationand presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels. - Strongleadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspirecross-functional teams. - Analytical problem-solving mindset,utilizing a structured and methodical approach. - Ability to managemultiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adaptto changing business needs. - Languages - Fluent in English;additional languages are an advantage.
