Open Shift / Azure Engineer - Remote first - 150,000 CHFWe are working with a fast-growing, innovative company who are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat Open Shift Administrator to join their team and be at the forefront of their cloud transformation. The current focus is migrating core banking solutions to the Azure Cloud and this role is the perfect opportunity to contribute to the company's success and shape its future. Key Responsibilities: Design, Implement, and Manage Azure Red Hat Open Shift Clusters: Lead the setup, implementation, and management of Azure and Open Shift clusters, ensuring the infrastructure is scalable and efficient. Automate Deployments and Operational Processes: Help automate deployments and operational tasks to streamline workflows and increase system efficiency. Optimize CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with development teams to improve Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. Monitor and Tune Performance: Oversee the performance of Azure Red Hat Open Shift environments, applying optimizations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and uptime. Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues and managing incidents, ensuring that challenges are resolved quickly and effectively. Ideal Background / Experience: Experience with Azure and Red Hat Open Shift: Strong experience setting up and managing both Azure and Red Hat Open Shift clusters, critical for supporting the cloud migration project. Security and Network Policy Expertise: Proven track record of implementing security measures and network policies within Azure Red Hat Open Shift environments. Dev Ops and Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform to enhance operational efficiency. Certifications (Preferred): Red Hat Certified Open Shift Administrator (EX280) and/or Azure certifications are a plus, showcasing your expertise.
