Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
Motivating, engaging and training your housekeeping team
Managing all operational and financial outcomes for the department
Organising and allocating rooms for the rostered team members on shift
Ensuring appropriate chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
Working autonomously and building strong bonds with all departments
Following departmental policies and procedures and service standards
Maintaining training and cleaning records
Your Experience and Skills Include:
Experience working in a senior housekeeping role will be very highly regarded
Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a minimal timeframe
The ability to motivate and train your team
The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays, minimum 4 days per week with 8:00am start time
A genuine care for your team and guests, understanding that everyone is different and working to their strengths
