About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled executive assistant to support their leader's priorities by efficiently organizing daily schedules and managing various tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and senior management to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the inbox, calendar, and schedule of the leader, including setting up meetings and pre- and post-meeting planning.
2. Serve as a point of contact for different stakeholder groups and facilitate the flow of information in a timely manner.
3. Prepare executive communications and maintain confidentiality for the business, teams, and leadership.
4. Support the leadership team and ensure that expectations are met and relationships with staff are strong.
5. Arrange business travel, including flights, transportation, accommodation, and visa handling.
6. Continuously develop technical knowledge and soft skills.
7. Organize internal and external events, as well as oversee on-site management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a dynamic environment.
3. Solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative personality with a willingness to adapt to change.
4. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
5. Ability to take on responsibility in a flexible work environment with an active coaching culture.
6. Excellent MS Office user skills and strong English language proficiency (writing and speaking).
7. German language skills are a plus, as is experience working within a professional services firm or with a C-Level executive.
