You will have a role in driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the Store Manager with the implementation of the Swatch Values, Standards, and Behaviours. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full leadership responsibility, making strategic decisions in alignment with the Retail Area Manager to maintain store performance and team engagement.
Professional Requirements
* Education as a salesperson in retail and/or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
* Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as assistant store manager.
* Customer-oriented and customer-friendly.
* Takes initiative.
* Experience in PR and marketing activities.
* Proficient in sales strategy.
* Numbers-oriented.
* Commitment to representing the brand Swatch.
