The newly established Business Process Analysis function plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and aligning business processes with technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement process improvements in production and manufacturing to boost operational efficiency.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Marketing) to maintain, review, simplify, and ensure the quality of business processes.
Develop and continuously optimize workflows in line with legal requirements, corporate governance, and best practice frameworks.
Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, charts, instructions, training materials, and other necessary supporting documents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop, document, and deliver training content for existing, new, or modified processes, including their execution in ERP systems.
Support multiple business analysis projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and reliability.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process analysis.
Profile
Master's or bachelor's degree in Business, Production/Manufacturing, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in business process analysis within the production/manufacturing sector.
Operational responsibility in production/manufacturing, such as a department head or team lead, is a strong plus.
Preferably experienced in ERP implementation programs, for example, as a process manager or power user.
Proven track record in process documentation, standardization, globalization, and rollout at both corporate and local levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
High degree of autonomy, pragmatism, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
