The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT technology and applications development management, with a proven track record of success in large global corporations. You will lead multinational teams and manage third-party providers on a global scale, ensuring timely delivery and driving tangible business value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate a digital culture and lead strategic initiatives across the ecosystem.
2. Develop and manage high-impact digital portfolios, prioritizing projects and tracking progress towards goals.
3. Spearhead successful implementations, ensuring timely delivery and driving business value.
4. Translate complex technology into clear business value, securing buy-in from stakeholders.
5. Execute the given strategy and instruct Project Managers/Program Managers.
6. Guide strategic organizational development and ensure proper organization, staffing, and skills.
7. Lead service and project teams, guiding direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
8. Implement agile development setups and establish stable end-to-end service delivery according to ITIL4 standards.
Your Background:
* 10+ years of experience in IT technology and applications development management.
* 5+ years of experience in large global corporations.
* 10+ years of managing third-party providers on a global scale.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.
