Your responsibilities
1. Module Ownership and Enhancement: Manage and enhance specific HR modules (Compensation & Performance), ensuring their continuous development and improvement.
2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR system needs, translating them into functional specifications. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
3. HR System Solutions Development: Drive the development and implementation of HR system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.
4. System Configuration Implementation: Configure HR systems to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate data capture and user-friendly interfaces.
5. Documentation of HR Processes: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and user guides.
6. Global HR Programs Management: Develop and manage global HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget control.
7. Compensation Programs Execution: Coordinate global budget processes, annual salary reviews, and bonus processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.
Your qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications are advantageous.
2. At least 3 years of HR experience with an understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience in project management and HR system platforms is beneficial.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Project management skills are advantageous, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
5. Effective communication skills in German and English, able to present proposals and project updates clearly.
6. Winning personality, charismatic and engaging, able to inspire and motivate others.
7. Willingness to perform, dedicated and committed to achieving excellence.
8. A positive and approachable personality, fostering a pleasant working environment.
