Senior Manager, Sales Footwear (Napapijri)
Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager Sales Footwear to lead the expansion of our sales network, drive the go-to-market process, and implement a growth strategy for strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will work closely with an external consultant to develop a strong sales structure and ensure sustainable business growth in key markets.
About the Role
* Build and strengthen the global sales network by identifying and engaging key partners, agencies, and distributors.
* Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth with key strategic accounts, optimizing relationships and maximizing revenue potential.
* Lead market entry and expansion strategy, ensuring effective brand positioning and product penetration in different regions.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define targeted actions.
Skills Required
* Proven experience as an Area Manager/Sales Manager in the footwear or fashion industry.
* Strong expertise in sales network development and go-to-market processes on a global scale.
* Track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent understanding of international market dynamics and distribution models.
* Ability to work with external consultants and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies.
