Job Title: Global Change and Adoption Lead S4H

Role Purpose
As a Global Change and Adoption Lead, your role is making an impactful difference in communicating in an easy and business oriented language. In this role, you would require to be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance in the context of the implementation of a technical ERP system on a global scale. As the Change Management and Adoption Lead you will work closely with various departments to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and direct Change and Adoption activities to contribute to the successful delivery of program/projects related to the implementation of S4H (project Nexus)
2. Facilitate and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to support collaboration and the exchange of information to build on new and existing relationships, influence outcomes, and enhance organizational capacity to manage end-user experience.
3. Provide expert advice on the change impact of proposed processes, solutions, functionality or workflows will have for end-users and leaders utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods; and facilitate the development of strategies and tactics to address gaps, risks and issues.
4. Clearly communicate the case for change and value proposition, using a set of actionable and targeted change management and communication tools based on agreed strategies and methodologies.
5. Collaborate with project teams, to integrate change management activities into the overarching “Project Nexus” program and schedules, and for the execution of these activities by employees, managers and business leaders.
6. Work with project managers to develop strategies for the monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement of all change related aspects of program/project specifically relating to risks and contingency management.
7. Provide leadership and coaching in the change and adoption methodology to program/project team members, key internal and external stakeholders and sponsors.
8. Manage, support and attend relevant stakeholder meetings eg sounding boards and steering committees to help identify potential resistance and risks, and support business leaders with mitigation strategies.
9. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
10. Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
11. Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
12. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
13. Support training efforts
Key requirements:
14. Minimum of 5 years experience within a business change role
15. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to work effectively with several stakeholders
17. Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
18. Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives
19. Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives
20. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
21. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
