Role Overview:
As a German Sales and Customer Account Manager,you’ll collaborate with clients to enhance their sales strategies and oversee account management. Based in Athens with a hybrid work model, you’ll analyze performance, address questions on sales campaigns and budgets, and create innovative strategies to help clients meet their objectives while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Provide tailored recommendations to optimize sales performance for each client
* Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain close connections to understand client needs and deliver results
* Sales Planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with client goals to ensure growth and success
* Performance Analysis: Review sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies
* Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends to create impactful initiatives
* Reporting: Monitor and share key metrics, including sales targets and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in German (C2 level)
* Proficiency inEnglish (C1 level)
* EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
* Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
