Job Responsibilities : As a Chief Operations Officer, you will be key in overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals, and driving efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Required Technical Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development
* Strong experience in software design and architecture
* Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including unit testing
* Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration
* Proficiency in working with transactional databases
* Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Preferred Technical Skills
* Knowledge of web security standards (e.g., OAuth2)
* Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Security frameworks
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools
* Experience in FinTech
Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
* Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks and projects
* High level of adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
* Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Educational Qualifications
* Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
* Preferred: MSc / PhD
