We are looking for a dynamic and driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team in Geneva. If you’re a natural connector, skilled in sales, and have experience in fitness or sports, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role Overview
As our Membership Sales Manager, you will work directly under our General Manager and have full ownership over the sales pipeline—from lead generation and outreach to closing membership sales, renewals, and customer retention. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also give weekly team classes (≈25%) to build relationships with our members, creating a strong, community-centered experience that fosters loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Acquisition
* Drive membership sales by generating and following up on leads, including cold calling and outreach
* Manage the entire sales funnel, ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction to membership purchase
* Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase membership growth
Retention
* Develop and execute strategies for member retention, including regular follow-ups, renewal reminders, upselling additional services, and community events
* Provide excellent customer service to both potential and current members, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback
* Actively engage with members to build lasting relationships, creating a community-focused experience
Reporting & Analysis
* Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and member interactions in our CRM system
* Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
Group Classes
* Lead fitness classes with another coach and engage directly with members, fostering strong connections and enhancing the overall member experience
* Act as a brand ambassador during classes, representing F45 values and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within the fitness, sports, hospitality, or service industry
* Passion for health and fitness
* Fluent English and French; additional languages are a plus
* Strong ability to build relationships, manage objections, and close sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable personality
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for health and fitness
* Experience using CRM tools and managing customer data is a plus
