Responsibilities:
* Work closely with business owners and digital product owners to gather reporting requirements and understand their data needs.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, user experience, product, and design teams, applying your data expertise to solve customer pain points.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.
* Use a combination of data sets to conduct analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization through experimentation.
* Provide regular reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct accurate requirements analysis with various stakeholders such as business, operations, marketing, finance, etc.
* Experience delivering hands-on digital analytics of various data sets, including web performance, transactional, operational, CRM, and marketing.
* Strong experience in building intuitive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI, with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured and simple-to-understand presentations and recommendations.
* Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.
* Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and understanding of digital media mechanics, SEO, PPC, display, and affiliates.
