Senior Key Account Manager Switzerland
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage our retail customer accounts in Switzerland.
The Purpose:
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in the Swiss off-trade channel. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the annual off-trade strategy for Switzerland
* Negotiate with existing customers to extend the network and acquire new customers
* Set up and ensure an annual promo planning and track performance versus plan
* Ensure listing of our portfolio across all major retailers
* Monitor off-trade performance and campaigns through regular meetings with stakeholders
* Travel within Switzerland to visit key partners and discuss business opportunities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics
2. At least 3+ years of experience in Horeca/commercial roles, preferably within FMCG sales
3. Mandatory languages: German and English
4. Optional language: French (considered as an advantage)
5. Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
6. Able to analyze volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
