Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing top-notch service to international high-class passengers and crews at our exclusive business aviation facilities in Zurich.
Main Responsibilities include interacting with owners, passengers, and crews of private aircrafts, valet parking, porter service, handling luggage, and taking care of guests in our lounge area.
Airside and landside transport of passengers and crews is also part of your responsibilities, as well as assisting flight crews and customers with various arrangements such as hotels, ground transportation, catering, customs, and more.
You will process handling requests via email and telephone in German and English, enter relevant data into our operation software FBOone, book airport slots using the online system OCS, and prepare flight-relevant documents for crews.
Your role requires professional verbal and written communication with stakeholders, ensuring cleanliness of passenger and crew lounges, meeting customer expectations, offering additional services, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
We value teamwork, flexibility, and a strong understanding of quality and service expectations. A valid driver's license, Category B, and fluency in German and English (including Swiss German) are essential requirements.
A charming and friendly personality, impeccable manners, and excellent interpersonal and communicational skills are vital to this role.
