Tasks
- Support HR Business Partners in their daily business
- Support the further development and implementation of leadership trainings
- Participate in developing and implementing HR concepts and projects
- Support the team in the use of data and application of new tools, e.g. GenAI in daily work routine
- Coordinate cross-team communication, meetings and workshops
- Expand your aviation horizons and exchange with various departments in order to understand concepts, objectives and approaches of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group
Requirements
We seek proactive and enthusiastic candidates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic HR environment within the aviation industry.
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 80-100% workload is preferred
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters), preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliabel, discreet and diplomatic attitude
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
- Experience in the use of data and Gen AI tools is an advantage, very good MS Office skills is a must
