Temporary QS Analyst (Training & Document Control) Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary QS Analyst (Training & Document Control) for a 6-month contract with our client.

Language Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have fluency in both French and English.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the electronic training system, including assignment and data entry.
2. Support the maintenance of the document control system.
3. Coordinate the circulation of documents for approval.
4. Review electronic documents submitted to document control for correct formatting, spelling, and clarity of text before releasing as approved documents.
5. Maintain revision and approval status of all documents.
6. Maintain appropriate form templates for access.
7. Coordinate classroom training sessions.
8. Support during internal and external audits with required training records or information.
9. Create documentation and procedures related to the position.
10. Assist with document updates and translations.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in document and promotional materials management using electronic document management systems (e.g., Agile, Adaptiv, or other PLM system).
2. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Quality Systems/Regulatory Compliance environment with working knowledge preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
3. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Learning Management System (LMS) and its use to deploy training programs and requirements across the company.
4. Knowledge or experience working in an FDA and/or European regulatory environment.
5. A thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and in French, including presentations as assigned.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Solid document management skills.
9. Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
10. An autonomous/conscientious/rigorous/analytical mind with flexibility.
11. A well-organized and systematic approach.
12. The ability to collaborate with all levels of management across multiple sites and functions.
