Job Description
Our client is a well known international engineering and technology provider of infrastructures for smart cities, hubs and networks through innovative combinations of above and underground space usage.
For their offices in PARIS, BRUSSELS, COLOGNE or INNSBRUCK, they are looking for a native-level German QUALITY MANAGER.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 45001 or equivalent standards.
* Enhance the implementation and monitoring of quality processes.
* Plan and conduct internal audits while coordinating external audits.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Raise awareness and train employees on quality principles and best practices.
* Oversee document management and ensure traceability of quality processes.
Your Profile:
* A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, complemented by specialized training in Quality Management.
* Native-level German (or equivalent); proficiency in English or French is an asset.
* Proven experience in managing a QMS, ideally within a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 45001 standards, along with other quality management frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to implementation.
Qualifications
A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, complemented by specialized training in Quality Management.
