Talent Kick is a Swiss-wide entrepreneurial program that supports the best global talents in forming interdisciplinary teams across Swiss universities and getting hands-on experience as entrepreneurs during their studies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media, Marketing, and Event Student Assistant (f/m/d) who is passionate about showcasing entrepreneurship opportunities to top talents across Switzerland—whether on Instagram, LinkedIn, at events, or in university classrooms. If you have a talent for graphic design and content creation, are creative, enjoy working autonomously, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and thrive on tackling new challenges, this role could be for you. Bonus points if you’ve successfully built a social media presence before!
At Talent Kick, you’ll work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, collaborating closely with our team, participants, and partner organizations—including accelerators, entrepreneurs, investors, and foundations. Your work will boost the visibility of Talent Kick and our Startup Teams online while supporting entrepreneurial excellence in Switzerland!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and create content for social media platforms.
2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
3. Collaborate with team members and partners to enhance visibility.
4. Support the organization of events and workshops.

1. Proven experience in social media management.
2. Strong graphic design and content creation skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Ability to work autonomously and creatively.
