Your Impact
* Deliver commercial results in line with the sales plan agreed upon with the Sales Director.
* Develop Solutions and Rack Systems business within IT/OT accounts.
* Promote active participation in the IT Partner Program among accounts.
* Ensure accurate use of BFO and related sales operation processes, including STIP and forecasting.
* Liaise with Channel Marketing to identify necessary tools and collateral for sales and marketing activities within each account.

About You
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or IT.
* Demonstrated success in sales and leadership roles.
* Experience in IT Channel Account Management and solution selling.
* Familiarity with various customer types and buying behaviors in IT Channel sales.
* A proactive and open-minded personality with a passion for teamwork.
* An autonomous working style.
* Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and build business networks.
